During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the location of the hotel as it was close to the city center and had easy access to public transportation. The staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was good and the bar was well stocked.
The hotel was severely lacking in holiday spirit and lacked any decorations which was unexpected for a Christmas stay. the heating in the room did not work, and the staff was unresponsive when I reported it.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. Christmas decorations were fantastic and there were plenty of activities for everyone. the food was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. the location was perfect, close enough to all the main attractions but also far enough for some peace and quiet.
The staff seemed overworked and uninterested in helping us. Our room was not cleaned daily, which was disappointing.

The location of this hotel is amazing, surrounded by huge green areas which create a peaceful atmosphere. the single rooms are also compact, efficient, and great value for money, with a lovely rainfall shower. the staff is very hospitable and friendly, ready to help whenever necessary.
The golf course is in very poor condition and the hotel service is poor too, especially in the restaurant when it comes to catering for special diets.
